This was the fourth Inaugural occassion in which the founder Ms Joyce Black taken on the responsibility of sending inner-city or economically challenged students w/parents to a Presidential Inaugural festivity...
 
It is her philosophy that those who can afford to attend these kind of events should (when possible) always take along someone that can't afford to go...

Her generosity during the 1989- Bush 41st Inaugural ceremonies afforded more than seventy five individuals and students from across the nation an opportunity to attend the festive (all expenses paid) occassion for nearly one week.
 
Similarly, a Pasadena California performing group of more than thirty students and chaprones were privy to her generosity during the 1993 Clinton-Gore Inaugural festivities for four days...
 
Giving financially assistance and helping students of all ages experience various positive facets of life has been an ongoing practice of Ms. Black's for several decades.

She became the first African American female sponsor to the Happy Hairston Youth Foundation whereas she helped sponsor in part or total more than 100 students gain their early education through private school academic programs.
 
To date, NuBlac Inc. is providing moral and financial support to the cause of a small group of former and current City workers being unjustly treated within the workplace of a small municipality.

The members of this progressive organization have fallen in lock step with the message repeated by President Obama again and again, regarding the need for change...
